3 Proven Ways to Reduce or Eliminate Bloating

Tired of that bloated feeling every time you eat a meal?

1. Assign 20/30 Minutes to Eat

Take time out of your day to have your food.

Assign an hour half an hour depending on what you can to eat your food slow down and enjoy it.

Try chewing slower and placing your fork down between bites. A lot of the time, people feel bloated because they’re eating too quickly.

 

2. Drink 2-3 Litres of Water Daily

Secondly if you’re dehydrated you’ll hold onto water causing bloating so, I’d recommend that you drink one liter per kilograms of body weight. So, if you weigh 50 kilos you’re aiming to have two liters of water.

This will help flush out the toxins, prevent water retention and hopefully prevent bloating as well.

 

3. Digestive Enzymes

Finally guys I’d recommend that you take digestive enzymes for about two to three weeks with each meal. This can help improve your digestive system and therefore prevent bloating.
