I originally signed up for their 28 day programme because I needed to get my ass in gear. It was five minutes from work and I liked the idea that it was all class based – I’d never joined a gym and knew that I needed something with structure and guidance. I got way more than I bargained for.
Joining Results Fitness is like becoming part of a little community; the support from everyone is ah-mazing. I cannot recommend Results Fitness and it’s staff highly enough (thank you again Loren!). I totally forgot any nerves I had about being a gym newbie during the first week and a month in, I still feel comfortable asking questions and looking for advice on training and nutrition.
