2 Brown spotted bananas (brown spots on the skin). Don’t use a green banana, it doesn’t work well.
- Blend in a food processor
- Scrape the sides occasionally until smooth
- Lash it into a bowl and enjoy immediately as a soft serve!
For firmer ice cream, place in an airtight freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour.
