I was completely stuck in a rut and needed a change and when I saw the advert for fit pros 28 day transformation challenge for March I knew I had to give it a go. Weight training seemed a bit daunting but as soon as I started I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the strength and conditioning classes as well as the circuits and was over the moon to win the challenge. I’ve since stayed on and am continuing to get stronger while losing weight healthily. Every member of staff is super supportive, you couldn’t ask for a better team. The encouragement and tips and recipes are really helpfully and they give you the motivation to keep going. If you’re on the fence about whether to sign up to one of the 28 transformation challenges or just in general I would highly recommend you give it a go. You absolutely won’t regret it and you’ll wonder why you hadn’t tried here sooner!

I originally signed up for their 28 day programme because I needed to get my ass in gear. It was five minutes from work and I liked the idea that it was all class based – I’d never joined a gym and knew that I needed something with structure and guidance. I got way more than I bargained for.
Joining Results Fitness is like becoming part of a little community; the support from everyone is ah-mazing. I cannot recommend Results Fitness and it’s staff highly enough (thank you again Loren!). I totally forgot any nerves I had about being a gym newbie during the first week and a month in, I still feel comfortable asking questions and looking for advice on training and nutrition.

100% tailored to me. The exercises, the food plan everything relates to the type of person I am. I didn’t think I’d like it as much as I do but when you see instant results it’s hard not to get into it. I’m losing inches and the big thing actually I’m full of energy. Ive never done anything like it but am glad I am now!! The instructors are Ace and the other members an inspiration!!
